Thank you for shopping with YesSealed. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and securely as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During periods of high order volume, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Shipping Destinations

YesSealed ships to customers throughout the United States and to select international destinations, subject to carrier availability and applicable import regulations.

If shipping is unavailable to your location, you will be notified during checkout or contacted after your order is placed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Shipping method selected

  • Package weight and dimensions

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before your purchase is completed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

  • United States: 3–6 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Tracking Your Order

When available, tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears to be delayed or lost:

  1. Verify the tracking information.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier for additional details.

  3. If you still require assistance, contact us at contact@yessealed.shop.

We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue whenever possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply if the package must be re-shipped.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

  • Take photos of the package and its contents immediately.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@yessealed.shop.

  • Include your order number and photographs to help us investigate the issue promptly.

Delivery Confirmation

Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered.

If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will assist you where possible in investigating the matter.
