Can I return opened Pokémon card products?
Opened or unsealed Pokémon Trading Card Game products may not be eligible for return because they cannot be resold as new collectible items.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received. We will review the issue and assist you.

Are sealed Pokémon products guaranteed to contain specific cards?
No. Pokémon Trading Card Game products contain randomized contents. We cannot guarantee the presence of specific cards, rarities, or pulls unless specifically stated in the product description.
Do you guarantee the condition of collectible items?
