At YesSealed, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.

Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation, if applicable.

Include proof of purchase or the order number.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return, except where required by applicable law:

Opened or unsealed Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products.

Opened booster packs, booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs), or other sealed collectible products that have been opened or tampered with.

Gift cards.

Clearance or final sale items.

Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling by the customer.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:

A description of the issue.

Clear photographs of the item and its packaging.
After reviewing your claim, we will work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Include your order number and reason for the return.

Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.

Ship the approved return using the provided instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (such as an incorrect, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
6. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was shipped.
If you wish to request an exchange, please contact us before returning the item.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it. In such cases, you may request a return if the item is eligible under this policy.
9. Lost Packages
If your tracking indicates that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.
