Pre-Order Policy

At YesSealed, we offer pre-order opportunities for selected Pokémon collectibles and upcoming product releases. This Pre-Order Policy explains the terms and conditions that apply to pre-order purchases made through https://yessealed.shop.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is a purchase made for a product that has not yet been released or is not currently available for immediate shipment.

Pre-order items are reserved for customers before the official release date, subject to product availability and supplier allocation.

2. Payment for Pre-Orders

Payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed unless otherwise stated.

By completing a pre-order purchase, you authorize YesSealed to charge the payment method provided during checkout.

3. Release Dates

Estimated release dates are provided by manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers and may change without notice.

YesSealed is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Manufacturer changes

  • Distributor delays

  • Production issues

  • Shipping delays

  • Events outside of our control

If a release date changes, we will provide updates when possible.

4. Shipping of Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will generally ship as soon as inventory is received and processed.

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, your entire order may be held until all items are available unless separate shipping is requested and additional shipping fees apply.

5. Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be canceled before the item has entered the fulfillment process.

Once a pre-order has been allocated, processed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If a cancellation request is approved, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Pre-Order Returns

Pre-order products are subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.

Opened or unsealed Pokémon Trading Card Game products may not be eligible for return due to their collectible nature.

7. Allocation & Quantity Limits

Due to limited availability of certain collectible products, YesSealed reserves the right to:

  • Limit quantities purchased per customer.

  • Adjust quantities based on supplier allocations.

  • Cancel orders if fulfillment is not possible.

If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will receive a refund for the unavailable item.

8. Product Availability

Placing a pre-order does not guarantee availability if circumstances outside our control prevent fulfillment.

We will make reasonable efforts to secure and fulfill all accepted pre-orders.

9. Price Changes

The price charged for a pre-order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

If manufacturer or supplier pricing changes after your purchase, your original confirmed order price will generally remain unchanged unless otherwise required.
